1. Enroll
Please note that you must be at an accepted status and pay the $100 non-refundable enrollment fee before moving onto the following steps.
- Read, provide requested information, then sign and date the Enrollment Agreement.
- Select your form of payment.
- Sign up to participate in a Coyote Enrollment Day
2. Health Forms and Information
Make sure you fill out all applicable health and insurance forms. Information on this is regularly sent to your KWU email (for current students) or email on record (for incoming students).

3. Housing
Apply for new student resident hall housing
If you are an international student (first-time freshman), you will need to pay your enrollment fee in order for KWU to generate your I-20. If you are a transfer, you will need to take your acceptance letter to your current school’s designated school official (DSO) in order to facilitate this process.
